Ate here and felt extremely thirsty afterwards, just kept needing water! definitely some additives or “extra tricks” in the food. Ended up with an upset stomach and had to run to the bathroom multiple times. Ingredients must be not fresh .Big red flag. I won’t be coming back. More

Very good noodle soup place. Basically pick your own ingredients, select a soup base and then they cook it for you. Can take home the leftovers as well and they top up the soup for a small cost.

I tried the all-you-can-eat noodle offer for lunch at Longmenzhu Noodle Bar, and it was a great deal — although I only have one stomach, which was not big enough to try everything!
The food is fresh, and you can choose exactly what you want. You simply pick your ingredients, and they add the soup and turn it into a delicious bowl of noodles. A very enjoyable experience overall.

Malatang deliciousness, pick your own ingredients, also picking either the laksa or any of your choosing for a minimum of about 8-12 dollar bowls depending upon what broth you choice, friendliest staff all of them and also never have dissatisfied friends or been disappointed myself either, its always the best and I always love coming back here for more with new people to try it.

Love the experience . Fresh ingredient with delicious broth . We went with the best selling option hot and spicy broth and it was great , not too spicy at all . The staff was nice and food came after 15’ after ordering . I prefer food here than Malatang in Burwood :). Atmosphere is more relaxed and service quality is better .

This place is cool. You select the ingredients you want in your soup, it’s weighed up then cooked. I selected the laksa, which was super tasty. You’re handed a steel bowl, you go down the line selecting what you like from the veg, meat, seafood and noodle on offer.
It was my first experience and staff were super friendly in explaining how it worked.
Both indoor and outdoor seating. There is street parking but it is limited. There is a car park just up the road on the same street as well.
Quick service so perfect for lunch.

Good malatang place if you’re after a late night feed. Service is good and very reasonable wait times. The selection of ingredients is also as good but was hoping to see some pork intestines. The pork bone broth soup is good and the spicy one is very flavourful but quit disorderly in taste

This store is easily the best Malatang in the area. Not gonna lie, as a person that loves Malatang so much, this has become my go to place when I crave for a bowl of nice noodle soup. As you walk in, the shop atmosphere is so calming and welcoming. Friendly staff and service make this store even a better business than other Malatang stores. There are heaps of options you can choose to add to your bowl, and plenty of condiments and toppings. The service station, toppings and condiments station are all clean and spotless. There are few options for soup, and you can mix 2 soups together (I choose the pork broth base and spicy soup base) They really go well together, the richness of the broth and a little spicy kick to it is to die for. My partner had laksa soup and I think they are alright (they could have done a better laksa). We also had their Kumquat drinks and they were really refreshing. My only regret is that I wish to discover this place sooner, we often walk past this shop without knowing that this is a Malatang place. The shop could have somehow mentioned Malatang in both Google maps or put up a sign. Overall, this place rocks and will become my only Malatang place to go in Mascot. Thank you for the nice food and excellent service. Ps. They don't have a minimum order!!

Absolutely delicious – Longmenzhu is a hidden gem in Sydney!
We visited Longmenzhu on a Thursday evening and were pleasantly surprised to find no queues — a rare bonus. The restaurant was spotless, with a clean and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home.
The process was smooth and enjoyable: we chose our own fresh ingredients, and the staff quickly prepared everything. I went with the tomato broth for my hot pot — it was rich, comforting, and full of flavor. We also had stir-fried noodles that were perfectly cooked and incredibly tasty.
Service was fast and friendly, and everything felt well-organized. I've tried many hot pot places in Sydney, but Longmenzhu truly stands out as the best experience so far.
Highly recommend — I’ll definitely be returning!
